Friends of the K-State Libraries
Since 1984, the Friends have advocated for a strong library system. Their assistance has allowed the Libraries to expand our holdings and improve our facilities. Donors to any Libraries fund are members of the Friends of the K-State Libraries.
Through projects such as classroom upgrades, conservation of the Great Room murals and acquisition of technology and furniture, the Friends have contributed to the success of K-State students, faculty and community patrons. So many improvements simply would not occur without their support.
In addition to supporting the Libraries, Friends receive:
- Free borrowing privileges
- Invitations to special events
- A subscription to the Libraries Magazine

Hale Library Concert Series
The Hale Library Concert Series is a cultural outreach program of the Friends of the K-State Libraries. The concerts are open to campus and the community.
